The villa is located next to a rare preserved Gothic architectural monument from the XNUMXth century Bay of Kotor, the stone palace of Tre Sorelle, named after the tragic and romantic legend of the three sisters, Nera, Bianca and Rosa, from Bucca. a family who dedicated their lives to waiting for the return of the same sailor in whom all three were in love.
